In its investment activities the focus is more two dimensional with on the one hand the emphasis being on owning a high quality portfolio of outstanding assets capable of providing a secure surplus income stream both now and into the future and on the other value creation and trading. During the period 2001 – 2009 the value of SPG’s trading activity was in excess of £200,000,000, (buying and selling).
